After Lisa’s second menopause massage treatment, where we focused more on relieving tension in her lower back, she described the session as having been "so relaxing” and said she was “ready for sleep now". During the treatment, her leg acupressure points (Gall Bladder-34, Stomach-36, and Urinary Bladder-57) felt sore. These points can indicate imbalances related to hormones, joint discomfort, and low energy—common issues during menopause. A few days later, Lisa reported continuing improvements: she felt calmer, more rested, and less fatigued, and her hot flushes were less regular than they had been.
