General Questions

Where are you based and what locations do you travel to?

Mobile treatments are available for female clients in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Travel costs are included in the treatment price within a 5 mile driving distance of Rickmansworth (calculated from WD3 1NB). For clients located at a further distance, the following travel costs will be added to the treatment price:

5 to 10 miles away - £10

10 to 15 miles away - £15

15 to 20 miles away - £20

For clients who live more than 20 miles away please do still get in touch to discuss potential arrangements. I try to accommodate all requests as best I can, and do travel further for group bookings.

I have clients in Abbots Langley, Apsley, Berkhamsted, Bovingdon, Bushey, Cassiobury, Chesham, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Dudswell, Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley, Little Chalfont, Northchurch, Northwood, Rickmansworth, Sarratt, Tring, Watford and more.

I have a medical condition, and/or are taking medication, can I still book a treatment?

Your safety and wellbeing are always my priority. Most people can have Reflexology and Massage safely, but there are some situations where treatments need to be avoided or adapted. If you have a diagnosed medical condition you will need to get in touch or consult your doctor for consent before booking. I am unable to book you in until you have been verbally approved by a medical professional that you are safe for treatment and that the treatment will not interfere with any medication you are taking.

Reflexology: Not suitable with unhealed wounds, active gout, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), broken bones in the feet/legs, high fever or contagious illness, or during pregnancy before the second trimester.

Massage: May be unsuitable if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, recent heart attack, certain skin conditions, or during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy: Certain essential oils are not suitable for pregnancy, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy and heart conditions. Any skin allergies should be declared before booking.

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell on the day of your treatment or have had a recent accident, injury, surgery, vaccination, fever, infectious disease, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, cuts or bruises, or if there is any chance you could be pregnant.

PLEASE NOTE: COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY IS TO BE USED ALONGSIDE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL HEALTHCARE AND SUPERVISION, AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS A REPLACEMENT TO ESSENTIAL MEDICAL TREATMENT FROM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

My husband is interested in a massage - do you provide treatments for male clients?

Due to prioritising safety, dignity, and privacy within an intimate one-on-one setting for both client and therapist, my services are female only.

Are your products truly vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Ethics are at the heart of my practice. Every oil, balm, and cleaning product used is certified vegan and has never been tested on animals, ensuring a pure and restorative experience for you.

Booking & Services

How do I book a mobile session?

You can book directly via my website form, WhatsApp, or phone. I usually respond within 24 hours to confirm your preferred time and discuss your specific needs for the day.

What should I prepare for my home treatment?

A quiet, warm space large enough for a professional massage table (1m x 2.5m) and a wipeable floor is ideal. You will need two large bath towels available for use - some clients prefer a sheet and blanket combination. Please be mindful that whatever linens you choose are machine washable in case of any oil transfer. I provide everything else - the table, music, equipment, and ethically sourced essential oils and wax to transform your room into a sanctuary.

Reflexology clients should have their feet washed and dried ready for their treatment, and any cuts or abrasions covered. We will also need an additional two hand towels available for use.

Any pets, children, and partners need to be out of the room so that you can get the very most out of your treatment. I understand that this can be difficult to arrange for new mothers, so please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs — I’m happy to make accommodations so your baby can remain nearby for your peace of mind.

Can I book a combination of treatments?

Of course, some clients like to have a Reflexology session followed by a Massage, or Aromatherapy consultation, to create their own min-spa day at home. You can mix and match treatments however you like.

Do you have a minimum booking fee?

Minimum booking fee is £45 for all mobile treatments. You are welcome to host a friend or two so that the total fee exceeds the £45 minimum.

Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure I can support as many clients as possible, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full treatment fee to cover scheduling costs, as I will have held that time especially for you.

Block Bookings

1) 10% discount applies to New Moon Reflexology treatments and Full Moon Face, Neck and Scalp Massage treatments only.

2) Offer is valid on bookings of 4 treatments or more.

3) Payment for all treatments within the block booking must be paid at the time of booking, and no later than before the first treatment. Failure to do this will result in full payment charged for all appointments.

4) Once booked, all treatment dates are to be booked within the expiry date agreed between therapist and client. This expiry date will be in accordance to the amount of sessions booked on a month basis e.g. 4 sessions booked to be completed within a 4 month period from date of first session, 6 sessions booked to be completed within a 6 month period from date of first session etc. After the agreed expiry date has elapsed, any payments for unused sessions will be non-refundable.

5) If the client cancels a treatment prior to 24 hours before the scheduled booking, treatment will be rearranged as per the cancellation policy. If the client cancels a treatment with less than 24 hours notice, forgets to attend, or consciously chooses to not attend their appointment, this will be considered a no-show and will count as a completed treatment within the total block booking.

6) No additional offers or discounts can be applied to the block booking, other than the Block Booking Offer.
